Have the mawlocs and prime tie up the back line/ clustered units, the tyrant is flexible going where he needs or to provide synapse in case 1 falls. and the stealers acting indepentantly to take objectives. this should also give me overlapping Synapse.  What Are your thoughts? ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Which unit were you planning to outflank.. and are you <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(471);'>DS</span>'ing the prime...<br /> <br /> I worry about the flyrant, it is already a high priority target plus you're running an extra expensive one.<br /> <br /> I like zoans and venoms but I would run more than 2 in either unit.. your I would likely either do a zoan x2 and a second solo for more synapse or split the venoms to allow you to spread your cover more. ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Outflank for me is situational and yes i will be <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(471);'>DS</span> the prime with the mawlocs if i can get at least 1 of them as a reserve .<br /> <br /> Good point with the zoans and venoms, i was thinking more of blasting marines than anything but it would give me some points to play with. <br /> <br /> I worry about the Tyrant as well, any advice on that?]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ You have no unit to really outflank so Hive Commander is 20points put in the bin. With the Norn Crown he can potentially get a 30" Synapse range but he'll never live long enough to use it. As your Warlord he's got a big target on his head at the best of times making him super expensive and giving him no target saturation is just throwing him to the wolves.<br /> <br /> Genestealers are poor they exist purely to spam turn 1 Horrors to pin your opponents. This work great in conjunction with Lictors and Mawlocs. But your 280 point units are big fat wastes of points. With no grenades they are a huge threat in combat and with 5+ armour they'll be luck to ever get there and they account for 560 points of your army. They will never ever earn their points back. Give them an <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(637);'>ADL</span> on the half way line to <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(315);'>GtG</span> behind whilst Horroring left right and centre and they are a good nuisance unit. They are not a combat unit. Let's put that unit of 20 up against a boltgun unit of 10 marines for literally half the cost. Let's say 1 round of shooting at long range whilst in cover followed by rapid fire and assault:<br /> <br /> 10 marines 6.67 hits 3.33 wounds. 2 dead stealers<br /> 20 rapid fire shots 13.33 hits 6.67 dead stealers<br /> Another 2 due to overwatch. That's 10 dead before you get to combat. Another 2 go down in combat as no grenades makes you go last. 8 stealers attack back 2.67 marines die to rends 1.78 to other wounds so just over 4 marines. You're stuck in combat for at least another 2-3 rounds and probably come out the other side with about 2-3 stealers. If that was UMs with tactical and devastator doctrines you're looking at 16 dead stealers before you strike, similar with IFs or dakka banner etc and this is the tactical marine with boltgun one of the weakest units in the game.<br /> <br /> Hormagaunts are a bit meh. Cheap screen is about it but with so little Synapse they are a liability.<br /> <br /> Venomthropes are good but split them if you have spare elite slots. An <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(637);'>ADL</span> makes a huge difference to their effectiveness.<br /> <br /> Trygon Primes are the worse <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(57);'>HS</span> choice now with Carnifexes being literally half the points and even the 2+ Save Tfex is cheaper now. Not to mention the firepower of Exocrine and Biovores or the hugely improved Mawlocs.]]></description>

Which is what stealers bring to the table, i guess i could go 2 units of 9 warriors with <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(138);'>VC</span> or <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(14);'>BS</span> for the same points/effect.  i don't consider 6 synapse models low for 1850 however and hormies for me are always a screen and a unit that most people have to deal with. Hive commander should of been Old adversary , that was an oversite on my part.  i'll play around with it a bit more ]]></description>

That is low for 1850.<br /> <br /> With Warriors take multiple small units rather than a big unit. The big unit is only worth considering with a Prime to boost <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(14);'>BS</span>.<br /> <br /> Hormagaunts are not a great screen compared with an <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(637);'>ADL</span> and they are not something your opponent has to deal with if he's killed all your synapse.]]></description>

Added a Harpy (which i seem to like over crone) and some gargoyles, traded stealers for warriors, and took the Tfex over tyrgon, this gives me 5 synapse units and basically the same effect i want with some minor adjustments.
