Im gonna use this list to play for fun,The list mainly stays to the fluff and uses the Carcharodons Chapter Tactics,which you can download via ForgeWorld website

So here's the list!

HQ:
Tyberos 190pts

Troops:

1.Tactical squad, 10 man,close combat weapon,power sword 164pts

2.Tactical squad, 10 man,close combat weapon,power sword 164pts

3.Assault terminators,Lightning claws (they became troops because of Tyberos rule)

Heavy:
1.Devastator squad,4 Lascannon
2.Devastator squad,4 missile launchers

1. I think the tacticals could have a flamer to cover the enemy in wounds before charging/firing for overwatch. I try to do the same with my CSM and Black Templars.

I think 1000 points is too small to field a full fluffy Tyberos list which includes the terminators. You are almost better of just bringing a captain or librarian and some more troops.
