A Chaos Lord with the Mark of Nurgle can not purchase the Axe of Blind Fury, only Khorne Lords. Or that could've been a typo?
An Axe Lord with 9 Berzerkers in a Land Raider is usually pretty good. I like sticking an unMarked sorcerer in there to get some Invisibility maybe or Endurance potential.

Now you would need another Troops choice if you did either Marked Lord, as the Nurgle will not make Berzerkers Troops, and a Khorne Lord will not make Plague Marines Troops. 50 points on Cultists and you're good, but then Plague Marines become kinda not worth it.

Heldrake and Nurgle Oblits are always a good idea for CSMs!

For your Allied Daemons, you can only take a single Herald as the HQ...the 4-in-1 slot is only for a Primary Detachment. Soul Grinder is very good.

Plaguebearers are actually not great at doing much of anything except poisoning a MC, maybe glancing a vehicle if they happen to be close enough. But you need Troops, so if you're going Nurgley, that's about it. But Daemon Troops do mean the CSMs don't need as many. If you want a Herald, take 1 big squad of the Plaguebearers to max the FNP goodness. The Herald could stand behind the Quad Gun with BS5 and Grimoire to juice up the Heldrake too, or Oblits if needed.

If you want the full Plague army, drop the Land Raider and Berzerkers. Then give the Nurgle Lord a Bike and Sigil, and then either Black Mace/combi-melta on the bike, OR Lightning Claw/Powerfist/Burning Brand on the bike.

Then get some Nurgle Spawn or Nurgle Bikers (Spawn are probably better) in there. You should have enough points for that, and hopefully another Plague Marine unit and Rhino.

Add a herald that gives FNP and you have 1 tough cookie holding objectives.

Also dont forget that in closecombat you can reroll your failed wounds against enemies with toughness 4 or lower due to poison and you can also upgrade 1 of the plaguebearers and give him a minor gift so that he sports an AP2 weapon.
