1st question: is this possible? can there be allies like that between two different factions?

2) Short answer is they wouldn't. There are no instances of the Unforgiven ever forming this type of alliance because it would involve sharing 'something' about the Fallen. To the IoM the Fallen are merely CSMs, only the Unforgiven (and a few others) are aware that there is any kind of differentiation.

If your Chapter was fleet based you may have an angle there, the Unforgiven are suspected of having several STCs that produce their plasma weaponry and other assorted bits of non-Codex equipment.
