600pts Sisters of Battle tournament list

Hey everyone,

I started a thread about this some time ago, but my planned army list has changed so much I thought I'd be better to make an entirely new thread for it (even the point total has changed).
It'll be a friendly tournament with no big prices, but at least I want to walk away from there having the feeling I stood a chance against them. As I'm a new player and haven't even faced off against every army once, winning is probably too much to ask for anyway

The tournament uses the following FOC:

Spoiler:

The army list I plan to use is the following:

Spoiler:

Ministorium Priest 25

Ministorium Priest 25

Battle Sister Squad 75
Flamer
Heavy Flamer

Battle Sister Squad 75
Flamer
Heavy Flamer

Seraphim Squad 95
2 Hand Flamers
2 Hand Flamers

Dominion Squad 175
4 Meltaguns
Immolator
Twin-Linked Multi-Melta
Laud Hailer

Exorcist 130
Storm Bolter

My strategy will be to only deploy the two BSS with priests and the Exorcist in the beginning. The exorcist will engage the enemy at long range and (dice gods willing) might even take out or inflict substantial damage upon the scariest enemy vehicle on the table (our tournament has a rule forbidding vehicles to have a combined armour value of over 35). The 5-sister + priest squads will be there simply to fry anything getting close to the exorcists in the first turn, and then claim objectives in later ones. I still think priests are meant to be in combat instead of in small units, but since everyone has positive experiences with them I'll give them a chance. Since their only weapon is a laspistol, I'll probably just let them lob grenades hoping for a lucky hit.
Then, in turn 2, hopefully my exorcist will still be in operating condition. The seraphim will come in by deep strike, and the immolator will move onto the board from one of the board edges (hopefully the one my opponent parked his scary vehicles that are trying to avoid the exorcist next to). My seraphim are the only real anti-infantry power I have, so that's exactly what I'll let them do, hoping to get a few lucky rolls and score over thirty rending hits with the flamers and a few more with the bolt pistols. Meanwhile, the immolator and the meltaguns will attack the enemy vehicles.
And then something goes horribly wrong and I get tabled like nearly all of my previous games...

Anyone got any suggestions?

Looks decent enough, am I right in assuming that it is only 1 troop mandatory?

I'd take advantage of that and opt for a single blob of sisters led by Jacobus rather than the two smaller squads led by priests. Haven't checked the points for that but I feel that in this setup a single blob would fare better than the two small squads.

Consider droping the Exorcist Storm bolter for spare points as they could be used better elsewhere in a tight point limit. The Laud Hailer is a bit iffy aswell, there just isn't enough units to take advantage of it.

Also, most scenarios depend on objectives, so I'll stick with the smaller squads.

The storm bolter is nothing more than a 4+ save against weapon destroyed. Since it's a pretty vital part of my strategy, I think that's worth the 5 points. Also, together with the laud hailer, they're worth 15 points, which is the cost of a single seraphim or, say, two better weapons on other models. I think I'll keep the storm bolter, but maybe dropping the laud hailer for a combi-melta somewhere or some better weapons on the priests isn't a bad idea at all... What would be the better choice?

Oh wow. I had a whole list of things to change, fighting flyers, taking an ADL, taking either Jacobus with a blob, or Celestine with the serephim, etc. But with those restrictions I don't see a whole lot I wouldn't take.

Honestly I would trade in : the laud hailer, and even the heavy flamers for more sisters in the BSS's.
Re:600pts Sisters of Battle tournament list

AAAAAAAWWWWW YYYEEEEAAAAAHHHHH!!

Ahem.

In a staggering display of succesful armour saves, shredding hand flamer hits and exorcists firing 6 shots, I managed to table both my tyranid and my tau opponent.
Against the tyranid player, I lost all my infantry while he lost only two zoanthropes and a single venomthrope in return. Then, I managed to take out the last remaining zoanthropes and both venomthropes in a single turn, leaving him with only S3 models left. It gave me three full turns (as the game went on until turn 7) to wreak havoc, causing both his remaining units to flee with only 3 models left. It was a draw in victory points but as I had tabled him, I won automatically.
Then, against tau, I managed to roll a 6 on the exorcist in the first two turns, stunning his hammerhead in the first turn and making it explode in the second. The seraphim burnt his fire warriors with ethereal almost to a man in turn two, leaving only a single model alive. Meanwhile, the melta squad took out the battlesuit (no idea what kind). My opponent gave up afterwards.

So, having advanced to the semi-finals, I'll be playing against necrons next week. Since he referred to my army as 'bolter b<deleted by the inquisition>' (in a friendly manner, of course, but still :< ), I'll need a proper strategy to teach him a lesson.
I know he'll probably field the annoying scarab-spawning-things, as well as a couple of units of 10 warriors. Besides that, I have no idea what he's taking. Anyone have any suggestions to deal with them?

EDIT: The scenario is the following: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/15549794/Warhammer/Toernooien/Golden%20Ratling/MISSION%204%20-%20RECLAMATION.pdf
