You may want to look at the Ravenwing upgrade kit or the Ravenwing bikers form the Dark Vengeance kit.

I am assuming you aren't a Dark angels player otherwise this would have been easy, so just file or slice off all the Dark Angels and Ravenwing stuff and you're looking at a bike that is much more ornate than the regular ones.
Just add that with Chapter master bits for the body arms and head and you're headed in the right direction.
