When I made this list I imagined EVERYTHING flying in or dropping in like they would on a normal planetary invasion.

So Salamander detachment the Libi will jump in the Stormraven with the Terminators and do some stuffs

Tigarius will be with the Sterns in the other Raven

The Drop Pod Salamnders will find the biggest squishiest lob of models on the board DS next to them and flame them turn 1

and the 3 Talons will pop light armor and Heavy Infantry

Storm Ravens will take care of AV14 and leave the rest to the Talons with 5 TL assault cannons and the Raven Hurricane bolters hordes arnt really an issue

I would consider going for heavier units is slightly larger groups, like terminators and try to deep strike them close to enemy weaker units to get the kill points.

Also, dreads die very fast these days, they are basically suicide units, perhaps points would be better spent increasing your scout squads or even terminators?

PS, I like your tactics with the storm talons.
