Currently painting some Eldar Guardians. I have basecoated them with Waaagh! Flesh and washed with Biel-Tan Green. If the former, only highlight where light will hit and maybe do some drybrushing so it doesn't look like you're relying solely on inks to do your work (pooling is obvious). If you want a clean look, apply thin layers all over except the recesses, and lighten the layers as you please.
