With a Vanquisher, this list would be 2065 points, which is the Leman Russ I would be using most often. I did say it would be AROUND 2000 points.

If I did want to take off those extra points, I would be a MeltaVet squad.

My opponent plays Necrons, as aforementioned, and he attempts to get as close as possible, as many of his weapons has a range of 24" or so.

The Leman Russ Multiple Choice is there to add flexibility to the list before a battle.

After you drop the Melta vets and upgrade the vanquisher see how many points you have left and maybe you can upgrade one of the standard LRBT's to a better variant as well. You ahve alot of Plasma, which are quite decent, but still, a few Get hot and you lose most of your hitting power.
