Razorbacks only hold 6 marines, so you are going to have to combat squad your tac squads if you want to use them as transports. This is not a bad thing, the SOP is to take the sarge and the special and use the razor to move forward, leaving the heavy behind for fire support. I know you want to take advantage of bolter drill on the HBs, but if you are going to leave a big gun behind, you might want to pick one with more punch. Spring for a LC or PC.

You are going to have problems with heavy armor. The TLLCs on the razors are nice, but I’d like to see some melta.

What I might do is swap one of the razors for a rhino. Keep that tac squad as-is. For the other one give the sarge a combi-melta and a melta gun in the razor moving up, and a LC or PC sitting back.
