You need a 10 Sternguaed because without combat squadding, those one of yor special weapon systems is going to be suboptimal T1.

What if I dropped the CM in order to add 1more sternguard and then swapped the stormraven for a LRC to hold the Cents and Tiggy. And some sniper scouts to finish off the pts.
