2x5 genestealers to leave them in reserve and then come out and take home objectives;
10 genestealers to infiltrate into forward position in area terrain, to draw fire turn one and go to ground with them so they last longer;
2x25 blobs of hormogaunts with poison rushing forward together with tyrrants

I would make the carnefexes - dakkafexes - 2 TL devourers
I agree wings and two TL devourers for the tyrants
Warriors the normal weapons potentially one with stranglethorn cannons
You could convert one warrior to a prime and have him in a blob squad of hormaguants with toxin sacs - 30 man
Instinctive behavior is what you want to avoid so having a lot of synapse on the board is a good idea - tyrants, zoanthropes, warriors, primes, tervigons, Trygon primes are your synapse creatures, you always want to try to keep things in synapse with your little guys in synapse.
