I mean, don't get me wrong, he's a great guy, but you're allying in Marines and not bothering to use their AA while you're at it?

A general rule for Space Wolves: Boys before toys. Instead of buying Master of Runes for two Rune Priests, you could buy a THIRD RUNE PRIEST.
Why do both Rune Priests have a CotS? Do they both intend on firing the Quad-gun?
(Also: The meltabombs are unnescessary unless you want them both to have bolt pistols, and the same type of force weapon. Giving on a Force Sword and the other an Axe clears up your 'Different gear' problem.)

For your Grey Hunters: Lascannons are expensive and ineffective. Take two squads of pure Missile Launcher, and one squad of pure Plasma Cannon. (Lascannons cost 5 points more, meanwhile Plasma Cannons are more versatile, give better target saturation, and you only lose a little range.)

Also, MotW and Wolf Standards are both handy-dandy, but you could have another 60 points to spend elsewhere if you dropped them.

By my math, in other words, you've got 210 points or so that could easily be shaved from this list without losing any rral potency. 110 from dropping two 'Master of Runes' and one Chooser of the Slain, 60 from dropping the Wulfen and Standards, 40 if you swap out the Lascannons for Plasma Cannons. With that, you could buy another Grey Hunters squad, 2 more Rune Priests, a Storm Raven, three well equipped Lone Wolves...
