Tactics:

-Sicarius will be with the Sternguard and based on who I am fighting and what I am facing will dictate what I bring in the first turn, what I love about the Ultramarines Chapter Tactics. I am only hesitant about the x2 Devastator Squads with Flakk missiles due to the number of flyers in my FLGS but other then that I am pretty solid about this list. As you already mentioned the only thing I would be skeptical on taking is the Flakk Missiles on your devastators, those points would be better used going to something else. Other then that it looks like a solid list, are you planning on modeling the Multi-Meltas to look like any Halo weaponry?
