here's what I came up with:

HQ:
Destroyer Lord
-warscythe
-Sempiternal weave
-mindshackle scarabs
-resurrection orb

TROOPS:
20 Warriors (maybe split into 2 squads of 10?)
10 Immortals with Gauss Blasters

FAST ATTACK:
5 Destroyers (joined by Lord, duh)

HEAVY SUPPORT:
Annihilation Barge
-TL Tesla Destructor
-Tesla Cannon

Annihilation Barge
-TL Tesla Destructor
-Tesla Cannon

total is 1000pts exactly

I don't have a lot to replace anything at this time. I have 6 Wraiths, some Scarab bases, 2 Tomb Spiders, a foot Lord, and a few more Warriors. I plan to add in some Night Scythes and a Monolith (LOVE the model) but don't have them at the moment.
