We're playing 250 point games and ignoring the limits on 2+ saves, three wound models also allowing a special character if we want to use one; generally having some fun.
The only problem is I keep getting crushed by Terminators with storm shields/thunder hammers and thus I had an idea to create a new killteam using 30k Mechanicum units which might fare better than my current guard list:

(Paragon of Metal?) ?

Mechanicum Thallax Cohort (3 models) 135
one w/t multimelta 15
1 Special Rule per Thallax
-Preferred Enemy
-Feel no pain

Not sure which augments I should take or special weapons on the thallax also not sure if I can afford Paragon of Metal for the Castellax in this list, I can't check as my mate has the HH BETRAYAL book with him currently
