Tactics;
Use the Devo's and libby (reroll and 4++ buff if i can) behind the ADL as a firebase, taking out MC's, tanks etc.
CM and termines ride around bringing the pain where ever they can, just for fun really.
BIkes w/ captain spearhead offensive, using raider and rhinos for cover, hit and running etc, anti marine and scaring etc.
Tac squads holding the backyard against pods, if any. holding objectives etc.

For 10 points more you can get a thunderfire cannon for anti infantry, and a Storm Talon with Skyhammer missiles for anti air (if im not mistaken on the points. Also, 3 troops is rough, even if 2 of them can be combat squaded down. At that many points i'd imagine you need your 10 man squads to stay 10 man. Lastly, what are storm lords chapter tactics?
