I feel as though this will be a very overwhelming list with the amount of units it can field (89 total) I also think the list has both speed and survive-ability for most of the units.

I was thinking of swapping the plagebearers for another unit of pink horrors or swapping one PB unit for an ADL to help the soul grinder with AA

What does everyone think?

That said, from a competitive standpoint, I think there are some better decisions you could be making.
1) Troops. Daemon troop choices are pretty useless (large daemonette blobs being the only notable exception.) I wouldn't take so many nor would I go above 10 models per unit; their goal is to hide and score.
2) The Bloodthirster (while cool as hell) is the weakest of all the Greater Daemons. I'd recommend a LoC instead.
3) You'll want threat overload, right now you're just moving up 2x medium-sized Hound units and a GD. I'd recommend a build that incorporates the following: 3x fast assault units (hounds, fiends, seekers, etc), 2-3x Slaanesh Grinders, heralds/GDs to hold exalted gifts.
