				<description><![CDATA[ Doing a tournament next week 1750pt. Here's my three possible lists. Which list is best and any suggestions or swaps would be helpful.<br /> <br /> 1st army <br /> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span>: reclusiarch (with plasma pistol)<br /> Elites: furioso Libby (with magna grapple, in a drop pod).<br />           Sanguinary priest (with jump pack and melta bomb)<br /> Troops: 3 x 5-man assault squads, between the groups there are 2 meltas, a flamer, 2 power fists And a power axe.<br />              5 Sniper scouts<br />              10 death company with power fist, thunder hammer, 2 plasma pistol<br />               Death company dread with blood talons<br /> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(35);'>FA</span>; Baal pred (flamestorm cannon and side sponsons heavy bolters)<br /> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(57);'>HS</span>; Stormraven <br /> <br /> 2nd army<br /> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span>: Libby with jump pack and honour guard with jump packs<br /> Elites: sang priests with jump pack and melta bombs<br />            10sternguard in a drop pod all with combo-meltas <br /> Troops: 2x 5man assault squads both with power fists and meltas.<br />              5sniper scouts<br /> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(35);'>FA</span>; Baal pred (same as above)<br /> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(57);'>HS</span>: Stormraven<br />        Devastators (3missile launcher 1 las cannon)<br /> Fortification: aegis defence line with quad gun<br /> <br /> 3rd army<br /> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span>: mephiston<br /> Elites: Sang priest (jump pack and melta bombs)<br />           Sang guard (standard)<br />           10sternguard in drop pod all with combi-meltas<br /> Troops: 2 x 5man assault squads both with power fists and meltas<br />              5snipers scouts<br />              5 death company (thunder hammer and power fist)<br /> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(35);'>FA</span>: Baal (same as above)<br /> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(57);'>HS</span>: Stormraven<br /> ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ It might be helpful to outlay your general deployment strategy.  Eg: reclusiarch with the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(349);'>DC</span> in raven with a dread etc.<br /> <br /> That being said, I'd rather put weapons on priests since they're <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(149);'>ws</span> 5 and leave the sarge naked to soak up the first challenge.<br /> <br /> I prefer death company with bolt guns since relentless lets them fire and charge.  With 2 a base and rage+furious charge, they still hilariously overwhelm most enemies.<br /> <br /> I prefer more cheaper bodies of assault squads rather than taking an honor guard.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Try making a list with a libby <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span> that doesn't have <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(349);'>DC</span> or <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(328);'>ML</span> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(29);'>devs</span> or honor guard and try again. Those units are all awful. ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Don't knock the reclusiarch <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(349);'>DC</span>.  Him and 15 base equipped <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(349);'>DC</span> kill 10 terminators on a charge just through normal wounds.  (9.93 actually.)<br /> <br /> I agree on <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(29);'>devs</span> and honor guard.  More assault marine bodies is better.  Libbys are nice for shield of sanguinius cover save everywhere, and you can either have them as an extra anti-tank shot or a s 10 (!) melee character for the other power.  I usually go for the strength, since I jam two meltas into every full squad.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Killing termies wasn't really the point of the calculation as much as to show that they just unleash a tidal wave of melee that can reliably take down virtually anything they charge, outside of 2+ rerollables, which they still take down 2 on average.  If you figure in the cost of a priest (50) for <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(265);'>fnp</span> and furious charge to a normal assault unit, and apply the vehicle discount (35) to the calculation, an equivalent (15) assault squad with no sarge would cost 282, so for 18 points more and losing scoring status, they get rage, +1 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(149);'>ws</span>, +1 A, and relentless.<br /> <br /> Losing scoring sucks, I agree.  But it just means you should feel encouraged to send the guys into the mouth of hell while another unit gets exploded on by sabotaged objectives.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(349);'>DC</span> aren't overpriced, <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(349);'>DC</span> JUMP PACKS are, and horrendously so.  Like in the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(387);'>wth</span> were they thinking zone.<br /> <br /> ]]></description>

Yeh they're not scoring but you play them to mess your enemies harder hitting units up and cause a distraction.<br /> Anyway rrevised a list. Does this seem bettrr? <br /> <br /> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span>: libby (jump pack)<br /> <br /> Elites: 10 stern guard in drop pod (all with combi meltas)<br />             1sanguinary priest (Jump pack and power sword)<br /> <br /> Troops:10 assault marines (sarge with power fist, 2x melta guns)<br />               5 assault marines (sarge with power fist and 1 melta)<br />               5 sniper scouts<br />               10 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(349);'>DC</span> <br /> <br /> Fast attaxk: baal predator wit flamestorm cannon and heavy bolter sides. <br /> <br /> Heavy support: stormraven<br /> <br /> I've got about 50 points floating around. I've only got 15 assault marines at my disposal at the moment :-(. <br /> <br /> With that extra 50 points I could swap <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(349);'>DC</span> for 5 assault termis with thunder hammer and storm shield. This unit would start in the stormraven to annoy whatever uunit I think will annoy me most. The stern guard obviously drop on turn 1 and with the combi meltas hopefully pop a tank or two. ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Stormhammer termies are quite good in a raven, since they tend to survive the crash, and they could immediately be 36" across the board.<br /> <br /> The only way <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(269);'>Id</span> run <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(349);'>DC</span> at the moment is in a transport.  Their jump packs are super price gouged.  I prefer the 15 + recluse in <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(261);'>LRC</span>.  But I'm not sure you've got one, so yeah for now trade them for the raven full of hammerbros.<br /> <br /> One major issue is the Baal predator.  As your only REAL vehicle on the board turn 1, it's just going to die.  So if you run it, outflank it or scout move into a good <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(85);'>LOS</span> blocked cranny somewhere.  Either that or replace it with more infantry models to give the opponent an over saturation of infantry targets.  It makes his anti-tank weapons worth quite a bit less.  <br /> <br /> You ALWAYS need more ASM models.  I have over 10k Blood Angels and I still scour the net for good deals on them.<br /> <br /> Other than that it looks like an alright list as far as most <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(10);'>BA</span> lists go.  I think you'll find that the raven full of hammers will be one of your best units.  Make sure to pick the right targets for them.  Monstrous creatures, warlords, other Death Stars, etc.  don't go charging into typhus' zombie horde.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Double Baal Preds Are Really fun. Especially with flamestorm. Mech <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(10);'>BA</span> with ASM in razorbacks are good also, and fragioso's are one of the best <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(10);'>BA</span> units. You would need more than one though razorback though.<br /> ]]></description>
