With that being said:
I believe your farseer is going with your Dark Reapers? That whole thing is a mistake. At 500 pts, everything matters, everything counts so placing half your points into a 5 man, T3, 3+ save unit is not a smart move.

At this points level, I believe either a Wave Serpent or a Wraith Lord are mandatory for their sheer durability to cost ratio. What you take after that is pretty much your choice but I would consider Dire Avengers possibly instead of Guardians, a spiritseer instead of a Farseer and making one larger jetbike squad rather than two minimum ones as they aren't just grabbing objectives for you, they have to be able to lend some fire support or they aren't very much worth taking. ]]> http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/preList/582002/6579680.page http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/preList/582002/6579680.page GMT
Dump Runes of Warding. It's a lot of points for the possibility of stopping a psychic power. Replace it with a Jetbike.

If you can't get a bikeseer, camping with the guardians will do, but the bike is better. Drop runes of warding regardless-a farseer should deny most enemies on a 4+ already, before saves or whatever. actually there are some restrictions with the tournament about the army list.

The following restrictions are:
no 2+ armour saves
no unit with wounds more then 4
no vehicle with the combined AV more then 34
no Flyers
