I really don't know if this can compete with any of the Hypercomp lists, triptide, serpent spam, screamerstar all that jazz, but I do know you overcosted the Comms Relay by 5 points ;p

I would take those five points, drop the Vindicare and buy something else shooty and tough. Psyfleman Dread behind the ADL or a 5 man GKSS in a Razorback with Heavy Psybolter both sound good. Especially since you have one (singular) immolator which will die a horrible horrible death. I'd recommend taking more AV targets to make your opponent choose. Play the target priority game. It's fun and it can potentially win you games. Does he leave the deadly melta squad and their immolator alive or does he leave the scoring unit racing towards his objective alive? (or the durable fire platform taking down his tanks and air support if you choose the dreadnought)

Also, plasma cannons are cool, but I'd recommend Multi meltas in the servitors because you can sit in the middle of the field and "I've been expecting you" any tanks or fliers that come on from reserve. I'm not sure if they're cheaper or not? Just a suggestion

Oh and I would find the points to turn your SR into a "Psybolt gunship" with Psybolt ammunition, Hurricane Bolters and Assault Cannon instead of the Lascannon. You make better use of the Mind strike missiles, Power of the Machine Spirit and you bring lots of nifty firepower on your storm raven that no other Codex can
