Tactics: drop 10 man sternguard to pop some expensive tank, and ruin a day to tarpits while chapter master, chaplain and command squad flat out along the bikes and tacticals in a rhino while scouts would sit on objectives in my deployment zone and well... snipe people

I'd also drop the Vindi and add a TFC, since the thing is pretty amazing and murder for all xenos infantry, which includes Eldar and Tau. And take the Shield-Eternal for your CM. Combi-flamers can be nice, but are a lot of points and your special ammo is ridiculously good already, especially against infantry or MCs. But the flamers can be good too.
