Also herald as infantry is really easy to kill if you have no spells or good throws on rewards. Versus orks or IG your bloodletter will die before they get enemy cuz of their mass shoots.

Go herald on Juggernaut with Fleshhounds or pick Karanak instead of this herald.

I would recommend to take more than 10 bloodletters in squad, even without bloodreaper, banners and instruments.

Anyway here is my battle pan:
Deploy the quadgun with team and the cover hugging crushers and grinder. 1x letters come in near crushers and bring in 1x letters with the instrument, 1x letters come in bring the bloodthrone with the instrument never scattering because of the blood banners. The blood throne gives rage to everyone within 6" and they are right next to the enemy. And I tabled him turn 4! It was a crusade match and my guys pummeled him. I did lose my back-field herald to the warpstorm table though but he lost two flamer chosen so I guess it makes up for it. My bloodcrushers were actually my MVP. Making sure my first letters didn't scatter after hiding out of sight turn one blew up the forgefiend 2 rhinos and wiped a chosen squad! It was funny because my bloodletters passed reserves which brought in more letters with the instrument and they brought in the chariot with their instrument! All the time not scattering because of blood banner spam!
