Best Dark Eldar Build from Discount Bundle

So I saw that a gaming store has a DE bundle and I was wondering what the best way to build an army from it would be. Here's the deal:
6x venoms
40x wyches
2x talos
1x ravager
12x reavers
all for $348

Here's what I'm thinking

Duke Sliscus
4 wyches w/ haywire grenades in venom w/ splintercannon = 113
5 wyches w/ haywire grenades in venom w/ splintercannon = 125
5 wyches w/ haywire grenades in venom w/ splintercannon = 125
5 wyches w/ haywire grenades in venom w/ splintercannon = 125
5 wyches w/ haywire grenades in venom w/ splintercannon = 125
5 wyches w/ haywire grenades in venom w/ splintercannon = 125
6 reavers plus heat lance = 144
6 reavers plus heat lance = 144
Talos Pain Engine w/ TL haywire blaster and TL liquefier gun = 110
Talos Pain Engine w/ TL haywire blaster and TL liquefier gun = 110
Ravager
Total = 1501

The other option was to use two succubus' as HQ instead of Duke. then I would have two venoms with 4 wyches and I'd run the Talos with chain flails and TL Heat Lance. The two succubus would be a lot better in CC, but with Duke I get to reroll on the drug chart, which, with this army seems fairly important. But I am still very torn on how to equip the Talos. Seems like a lot of options.
Anyway, what do you guys think?

Duke is pretty decent in CC, especially for his cost. Reroll to drugs is nice, but drugs are just mediocre in this version of the Dark Eldar. Considering what your Wyches are doing the first few turns, moving and then maybe assaulting vehicles the drugs more or less don't matter unless you get power from pain, which of course on toughness 3 Feel no pain is not that hot.

The first unit of 4 wyches of course is not legal, min squad size is 5. You could make them Hekatrixes I guess, not sure if that's what you meant.

The reavers, if its 6 reavers with 1 heat lance I would put both heat lances in one unit and leave the other unit with no upgrades. That way one can focus more on shooting, the other more on bladevaning. Otherwise they are fine.

Talos, I spent some time considering if its worth it to take the haywire blasters. You already have a lot of anti tank in the wyches with all the haywire, and the ravager, and the heat lance reavers, not sure the extra anti tank is even needed. Then again with all the venoms and potential blade vaning from the reavers not sure you need more anti infantry either. Overall not sure, maybe twin linked haywire is the best as it makes them look threatening to armor still from medium range and they can draw fire.

There was a Dark eldar player that won two GTs with an all wych list this edition.

They ran something like

Spoiler:

Succubus
Venom Blade
Blast Pistol
Haywire Grenades

4 Blood Brides
Haywire Grenades
Venom
Extra Splinter Cannon
Night Shields

x5 Units of 5 Wyches
Haywire Grenades
Hekatrix
Venom Blade
Venom
Extra Splinter Cannon
Night Shields

x3 Razorwing Jetfighters
Splinter Cannon
Night Shields
Flicker Fields

The succubus rode with the bloodbrides. You could of course replace the razorwings with talos/ravager and still have points for reavers.

Not what you usually see in DE. There are 2 problems that I see with this list.
1) The talos do not sync well with this list. Everything else is going to be moving as fast as possible to get into combat turn 2. The two talos will just be walking their way up the board. I wouldn't run them in this list and use the points elsewhere.
2) You don't have a lot of anti-infantry. Plenty of anti-tank to be sure. I would focus the reavers on anti-infantry. Maybe convert some wyches into de-facto trueborns to run in venoms?
It's not a bad list at all. You just need to tweak it a bit to get the most out of what you have.

The haywire blaster is pretty meh for AT, and most of the time your talos needs to run instead of shoot. Once your in liquefier range, it is charge time. I keep mine stock with the splinter cannon the tail. It has longer range and threatens everything but armor. Used correctly, you will have your talos finish off a unit and gain a pain token.

That said, without them you have no AT sans the ravager until turn 2-3, meaning a mech list will eat you alive. The above comment about not enough anti infantry is totally wrong considering how many venoms you have.... Get 2 heat lances on both reaver squads, blasters if you can afford. Also get night shields on the ravager as you need the protection.

You need 5 wytches minimum in a squad, but you can take 4 bloodbrides instead, keeping the duke with them.

So I tested this list out on vassal. Came up against a blood angels player.

I ran the following:
Duke
4 bloodbrides in venom, splintercannon = 107
5x 5 wyches, haywire, venom, splintercannon = 625
6 reavers, 2 blasters = 156
6 reavers = 132
2x Talos w/ Liquifier gun = 210
Ravager w/ night shields = 115
Total = 1501

opponent ran a Las predator, a furioso dread in a drop pod, sniper scouts, a huge assault squad blob. Two tac marine squads, an aegis defense line with autocannon, a plasma cannon devastor squad and sanguinary guard with a reclusiarch in a jump pack.

The first few turn were slow as i tried to figure everything out, and i really felt just how glass cannon DE are. But when turn 4 hit, I just annihilated everything he had. by the end of turn 4, he had one plasma cannon and 2 tac marines left on the board. I still had 4 venoms, my hq squad, one reaver squad my ravager and my 2 talos. Only one wych squad left tho.

But I did feel the slowness of the Talos. that TL splintercannon they come with actually did some work, im glad i kept it.

One thing I did was use Dukes ability to deepstrike and I brought down two venoms in turn 3 behind his aegis line and lit everything up with those splintercannons.
