At 1000pts I've noticed that opponents often struggle to deal with the big targets combined with a large model count, but I haven't done much play testing on this yet. I recommend a Daemon Prince of Nurgle with a Bale sword for instant death. You need a unit that can hunt down your opponents key units, rather than just hope to 6" slog into combat with them (which your opponent wont allow) and then to outlast them with your superior toughness. You really have nothing that I would feel threatened by right now, and I would feel very safe engaging your list as it is, as everything is slow and weak in offense save for your plague drones and soul grinder. If you ran this list, I'd imagine your opponent would try to eliminate those two threats while avoiding your GUO and plaguebearerers, and then wipe up the rest of your army slowly.

I've seen people with this problem and the DP works well, but it gets killed during movement from place to place as it is the only threat.
