Is there a way that the references to the codex can be left but the rules modified? I say this because I was wondering about what are some things that I'd personally like to see and if there are other people in the internet who may enjoy my home brew rules, can I share this information in a way that won't get me banned/sued/called a cheat?

I'd like to see an Adeptus Mechanicus, Imperial Guard/Navy, Adeptus Astarties (All non-Inquisition Chapters), Inquisition, and Ecclesiarchy codex. With special deployment rules, special units, rules of engagements, tactical guides as well as book guides for fluff reading materials.

Just an idea. Thoughts?

My second thought is that it would be very hard to control from a quality perspective. Still, I might give it a shot if there were an army on there I wanted to play. I would be willing to contribute playtesting info ('This power is overpriced.'
