Help with CSM army.

I'm currently planning out a CSM army and I need some tips.
It'll be a CSM army dedicated to Khorne (sort of), and I need some tips-

The warlord is a chaos lord with a jumpack in the form of big, feathery Sanguinius-style wings, and ideas on how to aquire such add-ons?

His lieutenant is a lord on a Juggernaut, who basically is supposed to be styled after the Grim Reaper. I need a way to convert him.

The entire rest of the army, which is made up of 2 units of zerkers, a standard CSM unit, and more Grim Reaper styled Raptors, are supposed to be wearing cloaks of some sort. (The raptors especially.) Any advice on how to make capes, cloaks, and the like would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for taking the time to look this over.

1. try astorath the grim's wings maybe.
2. have the jugger a horse, perhaps use the vampire knight model.
3. jump packs and cloaks don't match.

These could be quite cool : feathery wings of about the right scale, but chaosy. http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/productDetail.jsp?catId=cat570030a&prodId=prod1610022a&rootCatGameStyle=

High elf and Wood Elf eagles would work but would most likely be way too big for a single infantry model (assuming basic tactical armour)

maybe these for wings built onto the jetpack as opposed to organic ones http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/productDetail.jsp?prodId=prod1060053

also, when in doubt, head over to From the Warp! http://fromthewarp.blogspot.ie/2012/06/how-to-sculpt-greenstuff-cloaks-and.html
