I've recently bought some Warriors of Chaos models for WFB (they were a bargain) but the biggest downside is that they've been dipped and have dust stuck to them. Must have been kept in a dirty place shortly after painting. I've tried lightly rubbing or washing them with cold water, no effect. Do any of you have any ideas how to approach it? If dust lands on a drying model, especially dipped ones, it will become a part of that layer.

No two ways around it.
