As for the tactics, on turn one, we are sitting ducks (I know, it sucks but it gets a lot better), turn two, ravens arrive (corbulo heps if needed) and the ravens target 6 (!) targets, preferably transports. Turn three, the ravens strike again and the terminators disembark, mutilating something. All you need is a Comms Relay and you're all set! I suggest dropping the 5 Hammernators to get 1 more ASM squad and an ADL with Comms.
