Latest version of 2500 Tau/Ultra Marines

Ok, so this is the latest version of a list I have been playing testing. I have had mild success, but I have never played a tau army before so I was hoping to get some more input on what people like or don't like about it. Any thoughts or changes are welcome. So its Tau as primary, with Ultra marines as allies, and I am using the storm wing formation to bring the extra flyers. The army operates as a single formation, with the kroot bubble wrapping the front and sides as needed to act as a speed bump and to provide cover saves to everyone.`The fire warriors follow behind the kroot flanked typically on one side by the riptide, and on the other by the crisis team. The centurions bring up the rear shooting. The marines go in the stormraven 99% of the time. The ethereal allows the kroot to effectively do their job by giving them his leadership, and providing stubborn if I need them to get tied up in combat. He also allows me to have a pretty nasty short range shooting once I get up close with fire storm effecting the kroot, the fire warriors, and the sniper drones. The Tau commander makes the shooting coming out of the centurions at 24" ridiculous. Tigerius provides the army with psychic defense, and with his powers my primary goal is the 4+ invuln for the centurions, but I also often use prescience on the HBC riptide. He also allows me to reroll my reserve role for my flyer formation. Obviously all of these tactics are adjusted based upon the battle/oppent every time.

Commander - 154
Com. Melta

So thats 2494 as written. I have that 5 points left because I keep going back and forth between the Ion Acc. and the Heavy Burst Can. Any thoughts on this? Also the pathfinders are something that I originally had in order to drop the Ion Acc. template on stuffs head. And despite being a pretty soft target, if I could get them dug in in some good cover, it seemed like my opponent kind of passed up shooting at them for bigger fish. But now, I can't decide if there is a better spend of my 110 points. Also can someone clear up a few things for me? When using the Early Warning override, the way that I am interpreting the rules for interceptor, is that every "weapon" with the special rule can be fired at a target. Meaning that on a riptide the TL burst cannon can be fired at one target, and the main weapon at another. Anyone tell me if I am interpreting that the way people are playing it? Also am I correct in thinking that the crisis team armed with two target locks can fire at three separate targets? Either way, this is another 10 points I am not convinced about. The load out on the storm raven is another decision I can't make up my mind on, I have the TL Las cannon because I felt like a third TL assault cannon ( the first two being on the storm talons) wasnt necessary and that It gave me more diversity in my shooting. But I am almost always up the in the face of the enemy with the stormraven so I almost never use the range of the las, thoughts on this? Well, thats pretty much it. Any advise or thought are appreciated.
