Tactics: 3 Infantry squads behind the aegis, with the psyker squad and CCS as support. Farseer for psychic defense and manning the Icarus, Pathfinders infiltrate in cover(preferably on an objective) and hold that position. Melta vets and the LRBT go down one flank. SWS and PCS go in each Vendetta for late game scoring. Manitcore and Basilisk sit behind aegis and bombard the enemy line(along with the Master of Ordnance). And Marbo does what Marbo does.

Edit: it seems you are using a mix of both?

You don't get to chose powers in 6th edition, nor are you able to cast Eldar blessings on IG units as they are not battle brothers. But Im not worried about his powers working on the IG; he's mainly there for psychic defense and to man the lascannon, possibly blasting some squads with whatever powers he gets and/or buff the rangers.
