Tactics:

deploy servo skulls in enemy lines to reduce blast weapon scatter
deploy bike squad and command squad forward with vindicators
deploy everything else medium distance away

command squad with chaplain and chapter master move up and grav gun / assault supported by second bike squad
vindicators move up in cover and fire supported by plasma from henchmen
tactical squads in razorbacks stay mobile and in cover where possible, hold objectives, etc

The only alternative I can see is swapping the chaplain out for a white scars captain who would let me make the bike squad troops as well but then id lose the re-rolls to hit.
