I have been building a Tau army based on a list i developed, which is intended to be all comers, but due to relative Tau power it might be too harsh.

My question for the community is... if a guy turned up at your gaming centre with this list what would you think?

Is this list too hard? LGS, I usually bring a powerful list, but sometimes I'll bring something stupid and silly every once in a while.
Ask your opponent what he's bringing. If he's got an Ork list based off of small squads of Choppa boys, Warbuggies, and Flash Gitz, you're going to want to change your list.
