GW hosted event. A long day and was very fast-paced. 5 games of 750 points. Man, there were some mean lists!

I have only really been playing for a year but been painting on and off for a while now, so I got thoroughly spanked. I was the only Tyranid player there and got matched up against Tau twice.
I received a fair few positive comments about my painting and how good it looked. Most of the armies were well painted and some amazingly so.

At the end, they handed out awards for 1st, 2nd & 3rd, Best Sport and Player's Choice. To me amazement I was awarded Player's Choice!

I really have to thank the Dakka community for it's huge amount of information, suggestions and encouragement over the last while. My painting would be no-where near where it is without your support. My award was unexpected but I have you guys to thank.
