I have found that sometimes only 5 man troops can get cleared quickly, so maybe consider one max bike troops squad

I have acctully ran the rp afew times in a command squad with 4grav n apoth for the prescience or Jotww vs tau. And used for the psychic denial vs demons. I like that alot but it cost alot imo and i lose out on alot of firepower from other units.
Also i have taken the blob of bikes into consideration and i think i might make some changes and some testing. LoS! does not override this unfortunately.

Other than that, I prefer Skyhammer on Talons over Typhoon, and I'd swap out at least one units grav for melta.
