The Overlord goes with one of the warrior squads in the Night Scythe. Two out of the three Lords in the Royal Court (the two with more wargear) go with the other two squads of warriors embarked in Night scythes. The last Lord in the Royal Court goes in the backfield in the area of the two warrior squads of 5. All of the Flyers DS onto the Skyshield Pad essentially trying to just overload your opponent. The Doom Sycthes are just there for sheer fire power and once the area is cleared enough "boots" will be on the ground as the warriors and Overlord/Lords disembark.

I don't know why, but I haven't been able to find the page in the rulebook saying that you can't. Do you know where I could find those rules? I play Tau and he has played against me a lot and I DS Crisis Suits with a Commander sometimes. What I need to explain to him is that you just have fliers come on and then quickly more across. They really just present and immidate problem for your opponent.
