Can sternguard vets on pod plus libby (terminator armor, divination) or Corbulo have a place in the 1850 list? something like 9 sternguard (say 2 combi-melta, rest normal bolters) by dropping a baal pred and maybe an Assault squad. Have to do maths.

I love the models and they might add some spice to the list but I have 0 experience with them. Is it incredible? No. Can it cause some problems? Sure. The rest of the list is fragnoughts and jumper ASM and MM attack bikes.

This kind of list is really unfortunate for a CSM list counting on helldrakes to win it for them. Especially if one gets delayed on reserve rolls. No, combis can. Stormbolters can't. 8 combi-meltas is great! You can reliably kill any regular vehicle or cripple squads that rely on 2+ save W2. I take note. The whole squad is 325 points and im not even counting libby/corby, but might be worth it against certain lists. For now I gonna get my first 5 men squad and think about the final loadout. Hoping there is no problem with having Corby, a sternguard squad and a fragnought all together. I really like the list as it is right now.

Yeah I thought about it and I like outflanking flamestorm baals but I´ve had bad experience with them (little exp tho) . AC is rarely a bad option and as Martel pointed out BA have too expensive units to even try suicidal stuff.
