				<title>Covert Operations (a 4th edition kill team remake)</title>
				<description><![CDATA[ Back in the 4th edition rulebook was a set of rules called kill team. They featured a small group of commandos trying to sneak past the guards to complete whatever objective they had. It was a good idea, but I always felt that there was so much more that could have been done with it. So shortly after 5th Ed came out, I started rewriting the kill team rules into an expansion similar to Planetstrike. Every few months I would remember it and make a alterations, or add a new page. I posted it on my regular forum, and they helped me develop it a lot. Eventually I figured I'd post it on a larger forum to get more feedback, and here I am.<br /> <br /> These rule are by no means final, so please, post anything you think could improve them. If there's something that could be added, or should be removed or changed please let me know. Any questions, please ask, and I'll answer them as best as I can. 				<description><![CDATA[ I like the Narrative Points mechanic, though I might suggest for cinematic purposes giving the defenders lieutenants (possibly breaking a comp rule to do so?) that can also use Narrative Points could be interesting. Set up more than just one villain for the encounter, that sort of thing.]]></description>

I'm thinking I could give the defender the ability to pay 10-15 points to upgrade a model to lieutenants, and say that having more than one lieutenant is breaking a minor rule.]]></description>
