Another option would be to knock up Azrael in what ever way you see fit (so DA robed body, a helmet with wings attached) and have him firing a combi-plasma with two hands. Basically, get a DA veteran marine body, cut away at the back section and put the captains back torso on it. This way, I got a very very robed marine body and added a combi-plas and a lightning claw for mine.

If you want it looking like Azrael, use the relic blade from the vanguard box as mentioned above and any combi-plasma you fancy.

I'd be tempted to use the helmet from the DV captain too. The feathers are quite a bit bigger than the option on the upgrade sprue and they just 'look' better in my opinion. It's also less fiddly to sort them out as they are already part of the helmet.
