My thinking being that the CCS hangs back with the artillery for barrage goodness. Artillery is positioned as best, but generally in far corners to force a probably lower model count army to engage along a wide distance.

Lord Commissar is the Warlord with Command Trait, in a quad with the infantry platoon. That platoon sticks together and moves up to the Aegis (deployed in front of the deployment zone), the Quad emplacement makes use of the Commissar's BS 5. The Deathrider command squad is counter assault for this platoon, and also issues orders as a Junior Officer. (The mounted commissar isn't necessary, but it's an awesome model).

The two Centaured squads can go for squads in cover, and for Linebreaker.
