So thank you for looking at my list, Im a new Imperial Guard player and need some Advice and tips on playing, Any other similar lists and feedback will be appreciated (Can someone please work out all the points for me as i dont have the codex yet)

So you want someone to write your list for you? No thanks. Seeing as your platoons have illegal weapons load outs and you have no HQ, no I am not a fan. Also, you have units listed on there that are not even units.

Frankly, I think your list looks bad and I am not a fan of your "tell me what is in the book so I don't have to buy it" attitude. Get the codex, read over the tactics thread and then write a list. Alas Dakka cannot and is not a substitution for owning/reading the relevant codex.

I'm sure once you read the relevant tome you'll be able to provide a list that will elicit suitable responses.
