I was wondering if there is anything on imperial warp entities? It seems possible to me that the imperial cult could bring warp entities into existence given the nature of the warp and how many humans there are across the imperium who believe.
Problems I could see are that the cult is practiced with too much variation between worlds or a much more likely one that there are no figures apart from saints and the emperor to worship. But I've never heard of worship for a nurgling so maybe that doesn't matter.

It's all left very ambigous. We certainly seem to have entities that emerge from the warp to aid Imperial forces, but we're not told exactly how they all came about.

But, having said that, I do agree it's a plausible theory that the sheer mass of Imperial faithful across the Imperium could well be having an impact on the warp. And, in the Sanguinor's case, one theory ist hat he's a psychic construct created by the combined psychic potential of the Chapter, which I like.

Huh, wasn't aware of any overlap. Since in studio fluff, Celestine seems to be the only magical Living Saint, and then in works where there's other magical Living Saints, regular non-magical Living Saints are never referenced, leading me to think that the creators of that work have just assumed that "Living Saint" refers to beings like Celestine.

One can certainly make that argument. Celestine used to be a mortal, and then became what she is currently. Sorta like a mortal follower of Chaos ascending to Daemonhood. However, the key difference is that we're not sure where Celestine's power is coming from. It might not be from her patron god, as is the case with Chaos Daemons.

BA specifically, or the Inquisition is right about him being some sort of psychic construct that the BA have unwittingly made.

Also, I noticed something kinda funny a while back. So we've got these three beings, post-3E Celestine, the Sanguinor and Draigo. All are legendary warriors that show up to aid their respective forces in times of need. They were also all written by the same guy. I guess he just likes that concept.

I too reckon that there's a chance that all of this worship directed at the Emperor may be having an effect on him. Indeed, the Eldar have that theory about him becoming another Chaos god. After conquering the Galaxy and eliminating all the worship of the Chaos gods. After they died out completely, he would then assume their place as a god and worship would resume.
