That being said, those squads look kinda scary to me. Ive fought orks a few times and theyre hard to crack with even a few raider squads.

Although Im not an ork player i've witnessed my friend downt have much fun with strmboyz under 30 orks strong. He used about 20 and only a handful made it to combat. This looks real fun, however i'd swap out one weridboy for a Big Mek with a SAG and a couple of ammo runts. I know you aren't being competitive and all that but its just not fun to let him whittle you down for a turn or two with nothing you can do about it. Maybe try some Kommandos or something.
