Looking to paint them mostly black with a those white flecks to give them the look of being made out of space itself

Could any of you point me towards a tutorial or make a tutorial explaining how i could achieve this effect? It would be greatly appreciated.

This sounds like the best way to go about it. Thanks! And I don't know if I'm going to go with any of the purple/blues.
