				<description><![CDATA[ Hi this is a new attempt at a 2000pts list for semi competitive friendly games, I'll mainly be facing off against <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(22);'>csm</span> and dark angels both sporting a worrying amount of <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(9);'>AV</span> 14. All oppions and suggestions welcome.<br /> <br /> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span><br /> Farseer 100pts<br /> Singing spear 5pts<br /> <br /> Autarch 70pts<br /> Jetbike 15pts<br /> Banshee mask 5pts<br /> Fusion gun 10pts<br /> Celestial lance 35pts<br /> <br /> Guardians x10 with starcannon<br /> <br /> Guardians x10 with starcannon<br /> <br /> Dire Avenngers x10 exarch with shimmersheild and power weapon<br /> <br /> 3 x wave serpents 3 shuriken cannons 2 scatter laser 1 bright lance 3 holofields<br /> 2 for The wraithguard or possibly the avengers and the bright lance equipped one for the dragon to go <br /> Landraider hunting<br /> <br /> Wraithguard x 5 wraith cannon<br /> <br /> Wraithguard x 5 d-scythes<br /> <br /> Fire Dragons x 5 exarch fire pike fast shot<br /> <br /> 2x warwalkers 1 bright lance 1 scatter laser on each<br /> <br /> Wraithlord 2x bright lance 2x flamer ghostglaive<br /> <br /> 4x shinning spears (riding with the autarch) exarch star lance hit and run.<br /> <br /> <br /> And that's it. It's slightly over 2k but not enough to worry the group. <br /> <br /> Should I swap the spears for windriders?<br /> ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Edit out the points math for your <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(56);'>HQ</span>'s, we don't need to see the breakdown - just give us the totals if you feel the need to.<br /> <br /> Consider swapping the Farseer for a Spiritseer - you've got two units of 'Guard and not too many units crying out for Guide. With these extra points take Monster Hunter on the Spear's Exarch (it's cheap and could really help against Daemon Princes if your friend runs them) and possibly another Shining (or other way of using up the points).<br /> <br /> Another possibility is to 'blob up' the two units of Guardians, make them a bit less likely to break.<br /> <br /> For the Serpents, I'd give them to the F'ragons and 'Guard, as the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(25);'>DA</span> have greater range and movement (Battle Focus) to tromp up the board easier than the other units.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ A few things.<br /> <br /> 1) I would just take TLSL on the Dragon's wave serpent. You are light on <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(805);'>AA</span> in this list and will need that twin-linked shield to down fliers.<br /> <br /> 2) Take Brightlances with your gaurdians. Starcannons are great, but you guardians already excell at eating 2+ saves. The bright lances will give an adition threat to <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(9);'>AV</span> 13+.<br /> <br /> 3) Dont mix roles on the War Walkers. If you are going for Lances, take all Lances. 4 shots is always better than 2 <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(126);'>TL</span> shots.<br /> <br /> 4) Celestial Lance looks cool on paper, but it can, and will eventually nuke your own squad. (I learned this the hard way.) Trade it out for the Shard of Anaris to make thos Shining Spears fearless, and to punk other characters in challenges.<br /> <br /> 5) Trade the farseer out for a Spiritseer. Makes your wraithguard troops. Who doesnt love T6 scoring units? The only way I would keep the Farseer in this list, would be by giving him a jetbike and the Mantle of the Laughing God.<br /> <br /> just my 2c]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Thanks for the responses<br /> <br /> Surprised to see the suggestions to swap the farseer out, worth a try though I guess, I'll miss the powers but scoring wraithguard could be worth the trade I guess. I used to run both a farseer and spiritseer together and never thought he added much besides making wraiths scoring.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ You could put the farseer on a jetbike instead of taking the autarch, and have him ride with the spears, but I do suggest the spiritseer since you have more than one wraith unit. Spiritseers add a lot to various units, and would be great to hang with your backfield guardians. <br /> <br /> You need a few more spears, around six or so. Four is just too easy to kill, even with a character leading them. Drop the exarch from the dragons to free up some points, as dragons do fine without an exarch.]]></description>

Gaining me another scoring unit, or maybe even some warp spiders? Also would you stick with the two war walkers or trade them both for another wraithlord? ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ A few things I would do is,<br /> <br /> 1) the lance is cool, but only works with soloautarchs (who cannot take MotLG), so swap it as was mentioned for shard, or for soul shrive, for a possible S10 Ap2 melee beast.<br /> <br /> 2) I disagree about dragon's exarch, keep him and the firepike, if their serpent gets downed the extra range is good.<br /> <br /> 3) break the war walkers into 2 units of 1 to make them a harder target.<br /> <br /> 4) lastly I second the serpents being <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(327);'>BL</span>, along with guardians taking <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(327);'>BL</span> (I have found that you either go all out with <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(327);'>BL</span> or none at all).<br /> <br /> Hope this helps.<br /> <br /> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(442);'>Ps</span>. Spears will make their points back, also they are not the easiest unit to kill with a 3+/4+ but H&R is a must.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Would the list still be viable if I pop the farseer on the jetbike, and swap the autarch out for a spirit seer footslogging with one of the scoring units. hopefully handing out shrouded to the unit.<br /> <br /> Are there any other swaps or alterations people would recomennnd before I hit buy? Any obvious weaknesses? I'm aware I lack anti air but flyers are a rarity with my friends although I think it's on only a matter of time before a heldrake shows up.<br /> <br /> Also would there be any benefit to swapping one of the serpents out for a fire prism? Or maybe even a fire dragon carrying falcon? Just something I've been trying to weigh up.]]></description>
