Carnifex aren't elite. You can't give a model, the same biomorph twice. And you also can't pick your psychic powers (so besides on the Zoanthrope, you can't ensure Warp Blast).

Genestealers are regarded as one of the worst troop units in the game, so unless you're taking them for the Broodlord, I'd drop them. Consider buffing up your hormagaunt units to at least 25 if you're set on taking them.

Lastly, save the point upgrades on the Carnifexen. Regen is typically wasted points because a lone fex is rather easy to kill in one volley of shooting. Adrenal glands are useful on a unit of more than one because you're typically taking that upgrade for fleet rather than the strength boost.

In more of a positive light, I commend you on your load out for you "assassin Tyrant" load out. Adrenal glands and toxin sacs makes it ideal for removing other tough MCs like Riptides and Wraithknights, although you'd be best suited by using dual boneswords and scything talons for the instant death and the additional attack in close combat.
