Army is basically hth proof from most tourney meta lists.

Although Clan Raukaan makes great Chapter Masters, you may benefit from a White Scars Chapter Master more because of hit and run. The only thing I can see giving you trouble is a beast pack or swarm of scarabs/gants binding your "hammer" close combat squad up. I know you're trying to save points by not taking grav on the bike squad, but I do think that's a large part of what makes them good against some targets. You'll probably be ok though. One thing I'd definitely do is give the command squad melta bombs (even if you have to drop a shield or two). I run an iron hands command squad Death Star with 3 ICs and believe me, it sucks when they all reach combat with a MC and the bikes can't really hurt it (or the ICs have to split off, etc)... And thunderhammers are good at S8 but if you need a land raider dead.. You'll need the bombs; they are invaluable in a list like this.
