This is the first thing I've converted and painted myself. Is there anything else i could do? But Orks aren't neat! Stuff is generally sticking out all over the place. Can that arm on the top be rotated around so it goes up before coming back down?

Maybe try lifting up one leg onto a rock or something to rotate the model a bit, make it not quite so level?
