				<description><![CDATA[ Your two tactical squads are to slow without a transport, you should have 4 weapons in your <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(29);'>dev</span> squad, the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(29);'>dev</span> squad doesnt need a transport and with your list the ageis is wasting 25 points.  Your space marines so you dont really need the cover save.<br /> <br /> To fix, strip the heavy weaps off the tactical squads, put 4 lascannons in the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(29);'>dev</span> squad, take away the razorback for the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(29);'>dev</span> squad, and give your captian some sort of upgraded protection.  Artificer armour and a storm shield at a minimum.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ My bad i missed the blood angels part, stick him in terminator armour or give him a bike then.  For <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(805);'>AA</span> go with a baal predator with <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(126);'>TL</span> autocannons, you just dont want to waste points on a non scoring, basically only <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(805);'>AA</span> piece.  And you will still want to stick your <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(167);'>tac</span> squads in something or they will get owned as they attempt to make it across.  And since your blood angels, why don't you take a div libby?  <br /> <br /> Oh and by the way i just said the <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(29);'>dev</span> squad doesnt need the transport, i never said they were riding in it.  It would be better to use the points to make your troops mobile.  Just saying.]]></description>

Not to mention but Four shots, twin linked, with skyfire and interceptor, at strength seven from the Aegis quad gun... combined with the Devastator Sergeant's Signum... would perform much better.  It's a 100 points and it can't move but it'll keep the Devastators alive via cover combined with the Feel no pain granted by the Sanguinary Priest.  <br /> <br /> I debated putting the Captain in Terminator Armor instead of Power Armor but I'd like him to be able to ride around with the Vanguard Veterans if he wants to or lump in with the Tactical Marines.<br /> <br /> And yes, Rhinos would give the Tactical marines some extra mobility but they can footslog it just fine if I stick the Priest with them. Also it's part of why I opted not to take a Librarian... it just didn't feel appropriate despite the potential to have Divination.  I mean if you were the Red Scorpions or Minotaurs and were in charge of sending the Lamenters on their Penitent Crusade would you have left them with any Librarians?<br /> ]]></description>

You have a half <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(123);'>str</span> <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(29);'>dev</span> squad who is going to get wiped by any decent alpha strike and then your going to have a useless 100 points on the field, 2 slow scoring <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(167);'>tac</span> squads who are just going to be picked off, and 2 rhinos who are probably also going to be blown sky high round 1 as you only have three low <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(9);'>av</span> vehicles on the field.<br /> <br /> Im just trying to figure out if your trying to be competitive or if its just a fluff list.<br /> <br /> Any fast moving army, winged infantry, bikes, jetbikes, drop pods, and jump packs are going to wreck that list if you dont try to focus it in some way.]]></description>

I just got back into the hobby after a long hiatus.  This is a list that I'd like to build off of, a core if you will, that I could add additional shooting or close combat onto as the force progresses.<br /> <br /> Edit:<br /> <br /> I mean look at the Vanguard Veteran Squad... if I wanted to be super competitive they'd have lightning claws or at least power weapons along with jump packs. If your just getting back into it check out librarians and consider putting a divination libby in with those <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(29);'>devs</span>.  It'll help make them more effective.  ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ For Blood Angels (or Lamenters, in this case) Assault Marines are better in terms of gameplay <i>and</i> work in fluff.<br /> <br /> So I would start with the core of 10x ASM and 10x Tacticals.<br /> I'm not a friend of Devastators, as our tanks do the same job better.<br /> <br /> I'll just point out that with the 50 points you are spending on the Rhino, you could buy Jump Packs for your Vanguard Veterans.<br /> And why wouldn't you do that? You get to the opponent faster, you don't need to wait one turn before charging as the enemy shoots at you.<br /> The only advantage that jump packless Veterans have is that they look bad**s ^^<br /> <br /> And yeah, the Veteran loadout is a bit random... It makes the unit extremely expensive, which means less bodies on the field, which is never good.<br /> Even less so with Marines.<br /> Even less so with Blood Angels.]]></description>
