If you keep the list similar I'd find the points to add an Ordo Malleus with terminator armour, psycannon and psyker lvl 1 - that way you get divination and more firepower + wound pool.

A note - I don't think Draigo can take divination - it's only Librarians and Inquisitors who are able to choose powers outside the Grey knight codex. Not grandmasters (see FAQ)
